The following witness examined for the Plaintiff: Thomas Smith sworn the Defendents admit the receipt of articles from Plaintiffs to the amount of £147.2.2 but plead a set off and call the following witnesses sworn and examined Samuel Callaway, John Morrisey, John Ridout and George Frampton.

The jury retired for a short time and brought in a verdict for the Plaintiff. 89 pounds twelve shillings and two pence judgment accordingly.
