This is to certify that this is my will and testament that I Michael Brine is in right senses and understanding that William Keane is to have all right title of my property and money that I possess Forty seven pounds four shillings and three pence in the house of Messrs William Cox and Co. four pound ten shilling and six bence with George MacDonell William Keane is to pay his one shilling to Michael Curran and twenty shillings to the priest. In the Supreme Court Newfoundland St. Johns
to wit Philip Brown of Harbour Grace in the Northern District fisherman a subscribing witness to the annexed paper writing maketh oath and saith that he was present and did see Michael Brine in the said paper writing named duly set his mark to publish and declare the said paper writing as and for his last will and testament in the presence as well of this Deponent as of William Brown and Edward Crea the other subscribing witnesses to the same And this deponent further saith that the said paper writing was read over by him to the said Testator who fully understood the same. And lastly this Deponent that the said Testator at the time of publishing his said will was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of Deponents knowledge and belief.
